TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONS
by default if you proceed to commission me you agree to the following:1. About commission
1.1 Commission will be put on the white/simple plain colored background, but the client may ask for a patterned background.
1.2 Commission may take 1-6 weeks or more depending on the complexity and the queue, please be patient.2. Payment
2.1 Full payment is required before i start to work on the commission.
2.2 Payments will be done via Hipolink (which works with PayPal (USD).
2.3 No refunds requested by client.
2.4 I can cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund for any reason.3. Additional charges
3.1 Complicated design.
3.2 Additional character (+100% of the price)
3.3 Extra complicated background
3.4 Commercial use4. Art adjustments
4.1 Adjustments/revisions during the process are allowed, you can request up to 3 of them freely.
4.2 After all 3 attempts were used, any minor change will cost 1$ (like small color adjustment, shade color et), any medium change (for example different hand positioning is fine, but completely changing a composition is not). I will not make any large changes to the artwork.5. Usage and rights
5.1 I reserve all rights to my artwork.
5.2 All commissions requested are for personal use only. It cannot be used commercially unless it was discussed with me.
5.3 Do NOT use for AI or NFT. Commissioned work is PROHIBITED from being used for anything AI or NFT related.
5.4 Commissioned work will be used for my portfolio purposes. Though youmay request for the work to not be published.
5.5 You're free to post the commissioned work to any platform you wish. Please credit me if you do so.
5.6 You may alter your commissioned artwork (adding filters, cropping etc) as long as it's not offensive or used for hateful purposes. If the work was edited and published, please mention that.CONTACTS
